Order processing

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Processing and delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, or unusually high order volume.

Delivery and tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us through the form below as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun.

Delays, loss, or damage

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears lost in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and any helpful photos. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

30-day comfort guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the bed must be clean, sanitary, and free from damage beyond reasonable inspection. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a return

Open the contact form below and include your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back; items returned without authorization may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable shipping service. Cudli is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds and restocking fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Return shipping costs and original shipping charges are not refundable. The restocking fee and return-shipping responsibility do not apply when we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other solution.

Products, prices, and orders

We work to present product descriptions, colors, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and natural production variation may affect appearance. Payments and fulfillment

Orders are accepted when payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. Availability and delivery dates are estimates until fulfillment is complete. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed during checkout.
